Reylo Fan Quarrel

I couldn't help but draw what I've been feeling lately. Believe me, I like the new Star Wars trilogy and I hope they'll make Episode 8 and 9 very radical just as Episode 7 is. But there's something that's bothering me and I'm getting sick of it. I know that there are a lot of Reylo fans. They hope for it to happen. But I don't like what some of the Reylo fans are doing. On the internet, they're going around insulting people and declaring that Reylo will happen. It's ridiculous. They're the ones being very quarrelsome than the non Reylo fans. They sound like they feel threatened and they shouldn't. I somewhat don't care who Rey is and what she'll turn out to be whether she's a Skywalker or not. What I do care about most is that I don't like when fans go around bragging and arguing to other fans. I don't like when fans are getting others to believe in something that could be false. I will say that the non Reylo fans are right about one thing. They are right to say that nothing has been confirmed and I agree with them. Besides, I feel like I have something to say about Reylo.

In a way, I'm fascinated by Reylo and here's what I honestly think. I'm a little bit for it. But I'm mostly not for it and I'll explain why. Though I might eventually changed my mind. Why I'm not into Reylo it's because I think they might be related. Even if they turn out not to be related, I still think it wouldn't be right for Rey to love someone like Kylo. He's caused agony upon others, forced a Jedi teacher into exile, and murdered his own father. Rey hates him for that. Not to forget that Kylo did threaten Rey, kidnapped her, and intimidated her within the interrogation cell. Rey was horrified and she was in tears when Kylo went into her mind. That's something some fans forget or refuse to acknowledge. I find it strange why some fans would ship such a thing. What Kylo had done to his father will come right back at him. It doesn't matter how much he wishes to take back. It doesn't matter if he'll try to go through some redemption. He'll still face his comeuppance. I now believe that the reason why some fans want Reylo to happen is because they want it to be just like something in the Twilight Saga. I even think that they want it to be like this silly story called Fifty Shades Of Grey. Something I've heard of and I don't like it at all.

As for the other fans who still believe that Rey could be a Skywalker, she might be and you never know. After all, Rey does seem to resemble some of Padme Amidala, a little bit of Shmi Skywalker, and has some of both Anakin and Luke's features. She's an excellent pilot, a very skilled mechanic, and she's strong with the Force just like Anakin. Even Rey's three loop buns seem to be a sign of her being related to Padme and Leia. Padme had one bun with other twisted hair curls next to it. Leia had two buns. And now, Rey has three buns. Also, the blue lightsaber did call out to Rey within Maz Kanata's castle. That's reason for me to say how she could be a Skywalker. But I still remain confused and uncertain since nothing has been revealed. I'll talk about what's also causing it.

It's not just because of the fans continuing to argue. What is also the cause is that two actors and one director acted like they know the truth about Rey's parentage. Mark Hamill might have revealed a spoiler while he was in Oxford. During his interview, he said that he relates to her as his daughter because Daisy Ridley is in his daughters age and he said that that's how he relates to her. Then the crowd laughed because he knew that he spoiled that and he said "Oh wait a minute. I knew you guys would do that ...I didn't mean anything by that." And then he smiled and he winked. So you know that eye winking also means revealing a secret. The eye winking probably wasn't a just kidding expression. To mention Daisy Ridley, she says that she knows who Rey's parents are and that they're not really important. Maybe she was being honest. Maybe she wasn't. I still choose to believe that Rey's parents are important. But Daisy Ridley is not the only one who confuses me. The director J.J. Abrams does too. One fan had asked. "Are Rey's parents in The Force Awakens?" J.J. replies. "Rey's parents aren't in the film." After that, J.J. suddenly took back on what he said. He then said. "Rey's parents aren't revealed in TFA." Sounds like he must have gotten a phone call from Kathleen Kennedy because he wasn't suppose to really answer any of the fan's questions or he was told not to tell people lies. It's not unknown that J.J. has lied about many things. Anyway, I accept that the new Star Wars is to be kept very quiet and secretive. I think that's all I have to say. I just need to avoid the SW bickering that still goes on. Yawn

Just one thing, hun.  If Luke is a blue-eyed blond and his significant other is a hazel-eyed redhead, shouldn't Rey have reddish-blond hair as well?

I read your comments about Mark Hamill's interview at Oxford.  If Kathleen Kennedy phoned J.J. Abrams to scold him about answering fans' questions about Rey's parents, I couldn't help wondering if she heard about what Mark said and called him as well.  And there's a reason why actors in an upcoming film don't reveal the important stuff.  It's my understanding that if they do, they're are fined for it and fined very heavily...it's the cost of the entire production!
